Designing new site for Podcast, RSS importing help

Hey guys,

So I am currently redesigning a website for a my business partner on a separate directory on his server. Now, Currently his RSS feed that is used to post and push podcast shows to Feedburner (then to iTunes & Stitcher automatically) is on a different (main) directory on his server using WordPress. I am trying to seamlessly (without effecting the current feeds that push to iTunes and stitcher) transfer the new site to the main directory (go live) and have everything work correctly ATLEAST with the feed pushing (obviously we can go in and fix images/ categories and so on after the fact.)

If this makes any sense at all, which It may not. Please help!
