Designing and uploading help

    After it has taken me two days to figure out what I did wrong with the installation, I need help in changing the look. I want to install wordpress on my own template, but I have no idea how. By the way I ma using Dreamweaver of that helps in asssiting me. Please help!!

    Do you have a design already in mind?

    Mostly, you just plunk The Loop in the middle of the template for your own design.

    That page tells you what very basic things you need to put in for it to work.

    The way WP handles templates is it has broken one template into sections. Have a look at one of the installed themes (I prefer the classic, it’s easier to figure out) to figure out how the page goes together.

    I have no idea how you would do it in Dreamweaver; I use notepad.
