First excuse me for my poor english.
Great plugin (Version 3.4.9) but a lot of problems with…
    How to add <html> <head> <body> to design properly a newsletter ?
All write tags disappeared after save my template.
At least, in the mail sent, how to have the font that i want to use (from Google font) ?
It is not just “a slight variation” from the preview template. My font is completely different when i received the email.
Could you tell me, into which file, the font is intented ? Is it from your plugin file or from wordpress file ? Maybe i have incorrect configuration in my wp admin css…
Your plugin is really amazing but it is pity that templates can’t be really design as we do it in a wordpress page or post.
Thank you in advance for your response.

Thank you for the compliment. It means a lot to us.
You may write HTML by navigating to the text section while creating the template.
You may find this option on the right top of the message body.

Do let me know if you need any help further.

Thank you for your reply but did you really read me ?
Thank you i know how WordPress works ! 🙂
For those who have the same problem (no access to <body> or <head> mail with this plugin), i finally use an other plugin to design my email and i changed some few code in Subscribers plugin. Not easy but it seems to works.

I have taken a note of this and communicated about it to our development team.
We will surely look into this soon.

I will revert back to you once this has been thoroughly checked on our end.

Can yo explain exactly what you did? 😉 I’ve the same problem, the HTML template not accept head media queries, etc…
