Description, Review & Seller Info tabs not working on product info pages

    Hi,

    My site is boughtwiththought.co.uk – until recently (not sure when exactly) customers were able to click on these tabs on the product info pages and see extra information – they are now not working. I’m not sure if I am in the right place to get advice for this, please can you help? The theme is flatsome.

    Did you install any plugin or update anything recently ?

    Hi,

    I have updated plugins and woocommerce itself. I have just noticed that it says that some of the theme’s templates need updating but I have no idea how to do this – I found a help sheet about it but again I am not a web developer so have no idea what it is talking about!

    You just contact your theme support team, they will update the theme.
