Hi, I’ve modified event list type 12 to create an events feed on our front page. When I put the DESCRIPTION field for display, it always puts returns (
) before the display so that there is a lot of space before and after this field. There is nothing in the List Type Configuration page. Where can I go to modify this display??? It’s driving me nuts. You can see what I’m talking about here: http://troop-36.org

Thanks! Also, for some reason I’m only displaying two events when I have the events=3 set in the shortcode. Any ideas?

Stephen – that html and spaces etc are coming from the description in the ics file. Whatever application is producing the ics file is adding or has those paragraph breaks etc.

Nothing to do with my plugin.

OPen your ics file in a text editor.

re the two events showing . See also in the list type config, the section “Define Maximum” – defaults days are 7.

If your next event is not within 7 days, it will not show.

Limits have to be both number and days/months. (this is nb with recurring events especially).

    See http://icalevents.com/documentation/shortcodes/#parameters

Thanks Anmari! That certainly explains why I couldn’t find it in your plugin… I opened every php and css that I could find. I appreciate the quick reply
