# Description does not open

 * I have installed the plugin on the website and created two test events, both 
   with description.
 * But now the description does not open in the frontend. I have made two variants,
   one with the slide down, the other as a lightboox.
   But both do not show the description.
 * Where should I start looking for the error?

 * Please go to EventON > EventCard > Designer > open and save it. Now save EventON
   Settings.
