 * I love this plugin – is there anyway to make the description boxes the same height?
   Also to remove the space where there isn’t a job description?

 * I hope you are doing well. You can use the below CSS for now for the same height
   box.

    .eb-team-wrapper{
   height: 100%;}

 * For the Job Description, remove space; we can’t share any customization right
   now, but we have already added both features, and we will release a new version
   with both options as soon as possible. I will share another update here once 
   the update is available. Please allow us some more time for the new update.
