Hello. Are you using version 2.0.7 of our plugin? We do pass the customer email address to both CIM profiles as well as each transaction. The Authorize.net invoice field for each transaction also receives the WooCommerce order #.
yes I am using 2.07,
I do not see the email appearing in the CIM record (that field is blank). Nor is the Woo/order # appearing in the invoice field (it is blank)
I am trying to get Authorize.net to test and see if they can see the email being passed from WOO/the plugin, but I have gotten no where with them. Where does the “description field” come from when passing the info to Authorize.net – can I force that to contain specific info )such as their name? Now I must mention that I am testing this on a cloned version of the live site and this clone is not under an SSL cert – will that make a difference in what is passed? I do see other info, Name, billing address, CC info, exp date, etc, I DO NOT see the phone humber appearing in CIM.
We do not send the phone number or anything in the description field to Authorize.Net. I can’t explain why you are not seeing the Woo Order # in the invoice field or the email address. We definitely pass those through and have tested it thoroughly. The fact that you don’t have an SSL cert on your test site should not be a problem. If you have any more detailed information like errors in your PHP log, let me know and we can investigate further.
