• I ve uploaded a template and cannot access my wp-admin. Where can I deactivate all plugins?
this is the error I get:
    /goncalotraining.com/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/shortcodes/soundcloud.php:39

I now there are 2 ways to do so but where do I go to find the wp_options
or where can I do it from my host.

    my web site is http://www.goncalotraining.com

    Thanks

The easiest way if find to do it is to login to the CPanel of your web host. Use the File Manager to go to the wp-content directory of your website and move the plugins or themes you want to deactivate out of that directory to somewhere else (so that you can put them back later).
