Disable autoptimize & cache enabler issue

Hi,

I am reviewing a unique POP (for the moment) of subscription that appears perfectly at 10 seconds on the homepage of a client but at the moment of executing the “send” action this function does not respond (it does not connect to the database)

He did it on the first day of testing but after 2 days it stopped working.

Studying this problem I decided to suspend 2 plugins (Autoptimize & cache enabler) to make sure it works.

I deleted the cache (cookies for this website) of my browser and made several subscription tests obtaining as a result that if the subscription pop is working properly.

However; I do not want to leave disabled autoptimize (this plugin is important)

The only instruction for this plugin to differ from POP Builder that I found is:

popup-builder-platinum / javascript /

However; as I am making use of the free version to later acquire it for this client but I do not know if this instruction is correct.

Could someone tell me about it?

I understand that autoptimize and cache enabler can work together (since they do not interfere with each other)

Is there any exclusion for cache enabler too?

I would like to know if the premium version has a protocol for the validation of the subscriber’s mail.
