   How to dequeue ‘sib-front-js’ script and ‘sib-front-css’ stylesheet from
   unnecessary pages ?

 * I would like the ‘_**sib-front-js**_‘ script ant the ‘_**sib-front-css**_‘ stylesheet:
 * `/wp-content/plugins/mailin/js/mailin-front.js`
 * `/wp-content/plugins/mailin/css/mailin-front.css`
 * to load only on the checkout page (where the newsletter subscription form is)
   and not on the cart page and the blog pages because there is no point in loading
   them here… for me.
