Deprecation message for Elementor

    Hi,

    I want to report a small ‘inconvenience’ (not a bug). The Elementor widgets are registered in an older way so I get the following deprecation message in Elementor 3.10.2

    Deprecated: Hook elementor/widgets/widgets_registered is since version 3.5.0 deprecated! Instead please use elementor/widgets/register. in /public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5758

    Lastly, I understand why its easier to support more plugins and make the plugin not dependent on ACF by marking Elementor widgets as legacy, but it would be a shame if the elementor widgets would completely disappear. It’s much easier to also have all the options in Elementor. Not saying that that will happen but I rather not use only shortcodes.

    Good news, we actually already fixed this when you sent us your debug log a couple of weeks ago. Thank you for that.

    You should know that we are actually moving back to building big things for Elementor. We are going to attempt to start using Elementor’s new “nested elements” to make the form widgets even greater by adding the ability to add fields as widgets. Stay tuned
