 * Hi There,
 * I am getting on odd error on my word press site. The error first appeared after
   a recent failed word press upgrade. My research then told me to do a manual upgrade,
   there was a word press article for this and it actually solved the problem for
   a few days.A couple of days later the error is back:
 * Fatal error: Cannot redeclare debug_fopen() (previously declared in /websites/
   123reg/LinuxPackage22/re/ne/ga/renegadesounds.co.uk/public_html/wp-includes/functions.
   php:1133) in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/re/ne/ga/renegadesounds.co.uk/public_html/
   wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 2883

   any help would be great as I urgently need this site up and running!
