Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with a Contact Form 7 form that appears in a popup created using Elementor Pro. The form is also connected to ActiveCampaign. The theme that is used is Chateau.

When I submit the form, after the confirmation and before the redirection to the thank-you page, the following message appears:

Deprecated: The id property of a WPCF7_ContactForm object is no longer accessible. Use the id() method instead. in /var/www/vhosts/xxxx/httpdocs/wp-includes/functions.php on line 6131

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello,

The website is https://www.tecnozoo.it/riviste/ (italian) and the pupup appears by clicking on the button “Iscriviti e scarica”. Each pupup has a form connected to a different list of ActiveCampaing.

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Editor, Classic Widgets and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Dear Takayuki,

The message appeared because the debug log was set to true. This also happened with alerts from other plugins (WPML, Yoast SEO, and Elementor). After setting the debug log to false, the message no longer appeared.
