Deprecated hook used for wpmu_generate_default_pages_on_new_site

    Hey!

    The method wpmu_generate_default_pages_on_new_site() is hooked onto a deprecated hook wpmu_new_blog

    The replacement wp_initialize_site is there and can be used without big code changes.
