DepositPhotos Not Downloading | WordPress.org

Photos aren’t downloading from DepositPhotos.com – I receive an error after comfirming purchase using credits, and the photo has been purchased when I look on depositphotos.com, but it’s not getting added to wordpress. I have to manually download and then upload to the site.

Any idea when this will be fixed?

The error I’m getting is:
“Error occured during purchase process.”

Thank you very much for your feedback. We are aware of this issue with Depositphotos and already in contact with them to fix it. It seems to be an issue with their API somehow, I will follow up very soon.

We are on it – still waiting for Depositphotos to release the update on their API. Sorry.

I don’t know if it matters, I’m purchasing using pre-purchased credits, not via a subscription.
