Deposit Delay

    I am experiencing a long delay on the WooCommerce payment deposits. I have been awaiting a very large deposit since last Friday, (10/9/2020) and it says 1 of the 3 deposits was sent “Paid”, but there is no record from my bank. Stripe was much faster than this…

    Hi there!

    WooCommerce Payments uses Stripe behind the scenes, so there really should no difference in speed. 🙂

    I can’t divulge much information here, since this is a public forum. But looking at the account I’m pretty sure is yours, Stripe says the latest payout is “In Transit” and should be deposited tomorrow, October 14.

    If tomorrow comes and goes and that payment doesn’t hit your account, let us know.
