    Hi,

I have an existing website which is not wordpress. I created a subdirectory for it ex. http://www.mysite.com/wordpress so that my site remains up while i configure and put content into my wordpress site. Now that I am done I am not sure what is the best way to move the wordpress to http://www.mysite.com .

-Do I Copy and paste the content of wordpress folder to root? and remove other existing files there. I am not sure it this will break anything. I have not tried yet.
-Is there a way to point http://www.mysite.com to -> html/wordpress? By the way im using godaddy and the root folder is called html. I already asked the supports guys if this can be done. I dont have a lot of experience with configuring hosting.

Or suggest other ways to do this. Please help me.

    thanks,
    Milo
