    W3 Total Cache already does minification of JS and CSS, so it would be overkill to do both, although it shouldn’t cause any problems. However, in my experience the big caching plugins that try to do everything end up doing too much. So I prefer focused page caching plugins like Batcache that just try to do one thing, and do it well. This also makes it easier to diagnose where a problem may be, and swap a component out with a plugin that does a better job.

    Thanks for your advise Weston, I downloaded Batcache and will give it a try right away!

    Just installed DM on AquariumHoods.com – & had problems with page layout –
    I disabled DM & problem went away

    using plug-ins:
    weaver II pro theme
    Super cache
    Use Google Libraries
    environment
    wp.org v 3.6
    on OS X latest chrome browser

    when disabled USE Google …. problem did not go away
    did not try disable super cache
    or other theme

    will try to provide ‘asked fors’ if it helps … I am not heavy tech on details like PHP js etc –
    I am a heavy user & heavy general tech

    am interested in seeing this working
