Dependable Plugin, Needs Few Improvements

This plugin has largely been a positive addition to our site. The plugin is consistent, integrates easily, and is fairly user-friendly. We encountered a few minor issues, but their proactive support team promptly resolved them. Looking forward to what the next update brings!
