Support » Plugin: Gravity Forms Data Persistence Add-On Reloaded » Has been great – worried about future updates

This previously has been a very important add-on to Gravity Form for my and my clients. However, the plugin does not seem to be supported any longer and the persistence of file uploads and compatibility with the persistence “Save” button are now broken. File upload data being lost is a deal breaker for me.

I understand the developer isn’t making $ and support is thankless. Unfortunately, it’s necessary to keep up with WordPress and Gravity Forms.

**adjusted for past value -1 star for unlikelihood of future updates.

This plugin has NEVER supported files. And you are correct, I don’t make money on this plugin so with being disabled and bills to pay, I don’t have time currently to update it. With the “Save and continue” feature in Gravity Forms, I really don’t see the need to continue support on the plugin either. Unless someone can make a very compelling argument or donates for the time required to update. I don’t see an update coming. Sorry for the loss.

I very much understand. I’ll adjust the review. I’d asked about the future of the plugin but received no response.

Whether files were specifically supported or not, during our application period last year, they did remain until the form was submitted. It served the purpose perfectly for a 12 page form.
