Demo of Elephant Theme won’t import

    When I click on the Anariel Design Elephant theme that we uploaded to us and then want to Import Demo Data (Demo+Blocks+Elementor Templates) it keeps being stuck just showing “Importing, please wait” but it says that for an hour and it never finishes importing. Is this a wordpress.org problem they need to help us with, or a Anariel Design problem that they need to help us with
