Good day,
I’m trying to install the Allegiant theme and wanted to add the demo content. But the Theme is loading and loading without actualize the site with the demo content. What happened? And is there a chance to manually upload the demo content?

Thanks you for reaching us !

Can you please try again following these steps?
First install and activate these plugins: https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-importer-exporter/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-importer/
Then to go your dashboard > Tools > Import > scroll down to WordPress > Run Importer > upload the .xml file attached to this email and import the content.
Make sure to check the option to ‘download attachments’ as well in order to import the images.
Then go back to Tools > Widget import and exporter > upload the .wie file attached to this email > and import the widgets.
