    Hi,

    I would like to understand the meaning and root cause for delivery status error ” Not processed” / NO PROCESADO ” for some particular suscriptors, not for all of them.

    Can you help me review the problem and a possible resolution, it is presented for emails scheduled in woocommerce once the customer makes the purchase and days must pass to send follow-up emails.

    If you see this status for emails that are scheduled to be sent sometime after the event, it means that it was scheduled but not sent yet.

    Can you please check if that’s the case?
