 * hi, any chance to setup delivery cost like:
    £3.50 per 1 order each next order–
   £1.50?

 * Not sure if you mean separate orders (as in, repeat visits to purchase) or multiple
   items within the same checkout…
 * If you mean repeat visits/subsequent orders: Unfortunately, there is no way to
   do this. You could set up a coupon for repeat customers, for free shipping – 
   but there is no way to only offer discounted shipping to your repeat customers.
 * If you mean first item is one price, then additional items are a lesser value,
