Delivery Orders Not Entered As Delivery

    Unfortunately this happened again and we purchased Essentials and Tips. The customer chose delivery prior to checkout and the order type came in unspecified causing a delivery driver to not get dispatched.

    This is an unsustainable error and we already have multiple clients using the plugin. Support so far has been slow to nothing. I really hope the developer restores my faith in this plugin

    We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We haven’t got any issues related to this from any of our users. But still, we are doing some cross-checks. Could you please create a ticket here for the same so that we can track this?

    Ticket number 901 has not been responded to since July 18th and the problem occurred again today. Is there something you can do to provide a response and resolution to this ticket?
