Delivery message wouldn’t show.

Hello!
I did the settings for the delivered orders, however, in the e-mails, you don’t see the message: “Hi there. we thought you’d like to know that your recent order from (US) has been Delivered.” You only see in customization page, but it does not show in emails. How do I fix it?
