    Hi,

    First off, thanks for you work on the plugin. It’s working very well so far!

    I’m running into an issue with a webshop that allows payments through monthly pay offs. These can be declined resulting in a failed order. It looks like it that these orders still count for the maximum deliveries per day. Is this true and can something be done about this?

    Regarding your query,

    I have tried to replicate the issue on our development site. I set Maximum Order Deliveries per day to 2. Then I placed 2 orders for 8 February with the ‘Failed’ order status. And I am still able to select the same date i.e 8th February. So, the failed orders don’t reduce lockout value.

    Can you kindly create a support ticket on our Ticketing system and provide us the admin and FTP credentials of your site? So that we will check the issue and try to fix it as early as possible.
