  • Hi @fabriss

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during the deletion of the Everest Forms plugin. We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and we have thoroughly investigated it on our end.

Upon replicating the scenario in our testing sites, we were unable to find any errors or issues with the plugin deletion process. Please check the screen recording in the link below for reference.
However, we understand that errors can occur due to plugin conflicts or server-side errors, and we would like to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.

In order to further investigate this matter, could you please provide us with the error message that you received during the plugin deletion process? This would help us identify any underlying issues and provide you with the appropriate solution.

Furthermore, we would like to bring to your attention that the Everest Forms plugin has a feature to delete all the data of the plugin on deletion. We recommend trying this feature by navigating to Everest Forms > Settings > Misc and selecting the option to delete all data on uninstall. Please check the link below for reference.
This will delete the plugin data remaining after the plugin is deleted.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your feedback. If possible, please give this a second thought and try the deletion process on a fresh WP site with no other plugins.
