    After getting the fatal error I copied in my last post, I tried to delete the plugin. It failed, and said, deleting failed, there has been a critical error on this website. I think that’s cause it’s calling “readoptions.php” again, which is where the original error occurred. I can delete via ftp, but I would really like to get rid of the data as well. This is a pretty barebones site, with a theme and very basic plugins I use regularly, and this is the first time in years I haven’t been able to delete a plugin.

    Hi,

    Sorry for this inconvenience.
    I’ve just released a bugfix version which should solve your case as well. As far as I can see you have two options:

    1) install v1.13.1 and then uninstall => this will remove the DB entry as well
    2) you manually delete the gtm4wp-options entry from your wp options table using an SQL tool
