    I am trying to delete the free version of the plugin from my site. it keeps telling me I cannot do this while it is active on my site. I have deactivated it.

    Why is this happening?

    Hello Karen,

    I’m sorry this is not working correctly for you. This is a site-specific issue. It could be something to do with the caching on your site. It’s been a few days, have things changed? Have you been able to remove the plugin?

    I would recommend removing the folder manually using your file manager or FTP. If you are not familiar with these, I would suggest contacting your host for help.

    Please let me know if you are able to resolve this with your host assistance.

    Kim after doing a full restore on my site because deleting manually caused a major issue, It finally has been removed. However now I have an issue that Even thought I deleted the plugin, there is a redirect somewhere I need to remove. I had to take off my register link to the page ( because it goes to a ( page that has been deleted from the site.

    This is the redirect link I get and it gives an error 404 now:

    I had a quick look at your login link provided, this redirect is handled by Theme My Login.

    The link provided isn’t a 404, but contains a redirection in the URL (redirect to the WordPress Dashboard area).
