Deleting from media library

    Hello everybody
    There is already a closed topic from danishmuneer on this subject, but the answer is not very clear to me : the problem is that when I delete a media with ftp or using php unlink function, the media is deleted but it still appears in the media wordpress library through the admin media menu and this is really confusing (I don’t found any track of thumbnails in mysql database, in fact the involved file in my extension is not an image but an html file) : how can I solve this ?
