 * If you blank out the fields data on the form editor and save, that field will
   be removed.
 * Not as slick as I’d like, but it works until I can fix it 😉

 * Sorry, but your suggestion doesn’t work!
 * I blanked out all of the fields that i no longer wanted, pressed save, and they
   wasn’t removed!
 * The fields that I want removing are also custom form fields that I created. The‘
   Field’ column is not editable once saved.
 * Have you another suggestion? I looked in phpMyAdmin and couldn’t see table row
   for WordPress to Lead?

 * I just tested it an it does work, but you have to blank out every box (including
   the position box) on that row.
 * There is no record as all the option data is stored in a serialized array.
