If you blank out the fields data on the form editor and save, that field will be removed.

Not as slick as I'd like, but it works until I can fix it ;-)

Sorry, but your suggestion doesn't work!

I blanked out all of the fields that i no longer wanted, pressed save, and they wasn't removed!

The fields that I want removing are also custom form fields that I created. The 'Field' column is not editable once saved.

Have you another suggestion? I looked in phpMyAdmin and couldn't see table row for WordPress to Lead?

I just tested it an it does work, but you have to blank out every box (including the position box) on that row.

There is no record as all the option data is stored in a serialized array.
