I am administrator, level 10 and when I try to delete a comment, I get the following message Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers, for this feature to work. I even deleted a post, but the comment is still there… Any suggestion? In fact, hardly have I finished posting that I get a comment. I have tried the recommendations in the link you gave, but to no avail. It turns out now, that I am not allowed to delete my posts either. I find the whole thing too complicated for me. I have turned off comments, and still get them. What I couldn’t do on my PC, I did on my Macintosh… So I guess that is where I’ll post on wordpress. I give up on trying to fix it on the PC, it gets way too technical and takes too much time. While I’m glad you’ve switched over to your Mac (hope I don’t get stoned for saying that), I’d like to see you enjoy using WordPress on both platforms. But, I agree with you, I love my Mac but would like to be able to function on both platforms… So I’m willing to try again. I have deleted all the comments on the blog though, and turned off the comments I was even wondering if I could use haloscan on wordpress. This is what I use on blogger. com at the moment. Do you have XP SP2 installed? If you do, is Windows Firewall enabled? If so, try to disable it. I know I have symantec firewall enabled, but am not too sure where to look for the XP firewall (blush ;o) Remember?
