Deleting "admin" user (already made new admin with new name)

  • Hi–
After I already made a few changes to my design (font colors, headline wording, background color, etc–no posts) I made a new user name to serve as admin.
I cannot delete my old admin. If I hover over the new admin’s name, it gives me an option to delete. It does not when I hover over the “admin” name.
Also, if I manage to delete the admin user, will I lose my basic changes?
    Thanks for any help
    Paula

  • You need to log in as the new admin to be able to delete the old admin account. You can’t delete the account that you’re currently logged in as.
