    Hi there –

    I was testing the booking system and marked a reservation as “complete” — however, this was just a test, and now I would like to completely delete it. The system will not allow me to change the status of the reservation and/or delete it … is there a way to do that?

    Hi,

    There is a “Move to Trash” button in the reservation page. Just open the reservation and you will find it on the right area (near the “Save reservation” button).

    Thanks for the reply – I tried that, but the reservation still appears on the calendar. The room does not get released back into the system so that someone can book it during those dates…

    (sorry for posting this question in other posts – I just figured out how to post a new topic!).

    Try to empty the trash. Go to Hotelier > Reservations and click on the “Trash” link. Then on the “Empty Trash” button.
