 * Occasionaly, by clicking the wrong button, I deleted these tables:
    akyqp_usermeta
   akyqp_posts akyqp_options akyqp_postmeta How can I restore them? I can’t enter
   my account.

    Drop Table in mySQL means delete forever.
 * Talk to your host about getting restoring from backup:

 * Your site should not be loading at all without those tables.

 * If you have a back up of the database:
    – login to your host and launch phpMyAdmin–
   select the database, and use Check All tables to delete/drop them – use Import
   to upload your database file from the backup file you have

 * If you have the bacup file locally, you can just drop all the tables, and import
   them.

 * Hello Corrina,
    since my provider (all-inkl.com) allows the table-wise insertion
   of backups, I chose this way first. Unfortunately it didn’t work (site doesn’t
   exist). So I restored the complete db. This also didn’t work (site doesn’t exist).

 * After restoring the corresponding webspace data as well everything is fine again.
