• I let me website lapse, and did not renew the hosting as we changed our business name completely and re-designed a new website and went with a different website provider.

That being said, I am getting email notifications from JetPack about being offline or unresponsive.

How do I go about turning these notifications off without having access to the WP panel anymore?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • That’s a JetPack thing and has nothing to do with the WordPress software.

But if you’ll remember, you had to create a WordPress.com account to activate JetPack. (Both JetPack and WordPress.com are owned by the same company, Automattic Inc., and JetPack accounts are managed under WordPress.com)

So if you log in to your WordPress.com account, you should find the option to completely disconnect the now-defunct site from JetPack/WordPress.com.

    Thanks George,

Ive attempted to do that, but still am receiving the email updates.

I even get a message notification on sign in saying “Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”, with a link to WP-admin. However, as I no longer have the website, I cant log in.
