 * Hello. I had to delete a lot of plugins due a theme problem, I was hoping this
   plugin somehow remembered the counts but it didn’t and all counts started from
   0 again, can you help?

 * The only way to get the counts back would be if you have a database backup. You
   should be able to restore the wp_top_ten and wp_top_ten_daily tables.

 * Hello, I restored it but it still doesn’t show the old count? I cleared the plugin
   cache a few times and deleted the plugin and uploaded the one from the back up
   but still it doesn’t show the old count

 * Can you see anything in the Dashboard / Top 10 > View overall posts?
 * Difficult for me to debug without proper access.
