Deleted myself into a 404 Error

I have been rearranging (adding and deleting) posts and pages on a new blog, and now I have 404 Error codes on the blog. Template is still there, menus, etc. even the articles are accessible via the links.

I am more than happy to just start over, but will re-installation solve my problem? I need to get back to bare bones before I started messing with everything.
