 * In an effort to edit the code so that the header only shows up on the home page,
   I have mangaged to alter and remove the header entirely. Can you help me put 
   back the original code and add in code to have header showing only on home page?

 * Yes, I want the Header image only to be on the home page (which is a static page).
   The rest of the header would be present on the rest of the site.
