Deleted default form

I have a problem with a profile page since the standard WP email filed didn’t show up anymore on the public view. Only after saving the ultimate members profile from the user perspective it showed up.

So I cloned the prifile form and deleted the first one.

Any tip what needs to be configured that it is linked properly since it cannot be assigend anymore as beeing a profile page?
