# Delete WordPress backup files?

 * Hello there,
 * Is it ok if I delete some of the backup files in /wp-content/backup/ ? Cos I 
   realized there are several corrupted files and also, there are simply so many
   of them it is slowly taking up space. If I delete them will it harm my wordpress
   system?

 * Keep just the latest. You don’t need earlier backups.
    (BTW, I keep backups at
   home – if the server crashes… the backups are gone with the rest)
