Delete website

Not sure if this is the correct forum.

As part of a group school project a few years ago, a wordpress site was created with information about all of our group members (including myself). Its been 4 years and the information is now dated. I want this site to be deleted. However, I did not create the site. I contacted the former classmate who created the site however he does not have access to the email address used to create the site.

How can I have it deleted?
