 * I wish to delete the table head row, not just visibility:hidden but really delete
   it. Is it possible?

 * It is not possible in All Packages shortcode. But You can hide toolbar in category
   shortcode using ‘toolbar=0’ parameter.

 * So simple, but it doesn’t work[ here](http://agendadelvolo.info/duty-free/).
   
   If I use the category-shortcode the files aren’t shown (and I have used id and
   slugs). If I use the tabular format the table is pushed very far down. Quite 
   confusing.
