    I have some sidebars showing in the widget page which are not listed on 
   the sidebar manager page – how can I delete them? Thanks

 * The Sidebar Manager will manage only sidebars created with this plugin.
 * If you’d like to remove a theme sidebar than you should find where the theme 
   registers the sidebars or contact the theme author.
