# Delete old label

 * Hello,
 * Sometimes we have the case, that a parcel comes back because it couldn’t be delivered(
   customer wrote wrong address eg).
 * In this case we need a possibility to delete the old label to create a new one.
 * Currently there is only the button to cancel a label as long as it wasn’t scanned
   which works fine. But this only throws an error if you try to delete an old label.

 * Yes this actually seems to work.

 * We once had the case that an error message was thrown:
    “Error: Invalid XML: 
   cvc-minLength-valid: Value ‘A’ with Length=’1′ is not facet-vaild with respect
   to minLength ’10’ for type ‘ShipmentNumberType'”
 * But when I tested this again in another case it worked.

 * I am glad it is working.
 * That message does not seem related to the DHL plugin.
