Delete Mobile site and make the live site as mobile responsive

    Hello Everyone,
    I have a friend who owns a different mobile web site (couple of images and content missing) when compared to live web site.
    Now he wants to get rid of mobile site and make his live website as mobile responsive.
    What is the best practice for doing that?
