 * Is there a way to delete images from Media which were used in the gallery I’ve
   already deleted? Should I manually delete them from the WordPress Media Gallery?

 * Yes, you should manually delete the images from WordPress Media library. Our 
   plugin does not automatically remove any media from the WordPress media gallery.
